Wearing Subtle Cosmetics Makeup |

I wear cosmetics makeup every day, but never in an obvious way. I learned a long time ago that wearing cosmetics makeup is not about looking like someone other than the person I am. Instead I use cosmetics makeup to emphasize or augment my best features. For instance I have big blue eyes and long eyelashes. I use eye shadow and mascara to make my eyes look even prettier. If I had big luscious lips I would use a product to emphasize them. However my lips are of a normal size so I stick to very light colored lip gloss. I also use a light foundation or tinted moisturizer just to hide any imperfections on my skin. For example I get a monthly menstrual pimple which I usually cover up to make it less obvious. What I do with cosmetics makeup is just to make me feel more confident. I never put a lot of makeup on because I don’t think it gives a good impression. This is something I am currently trying to educate my step-granddaughter about. Cosmetics makeup should never make a woman look like a clown.
