I have been using anti aging skin care products since I hit my forties. It is amazing the little things you begin to notice when you are in certain age brackets. For me, the first thing I noticed was that my arm reach to read a book or paper was getting longer. Time for reader glasses. Then, those pesky gray hairs were popping up in more places in my hair. Time for gray covering hair care. Finally, in my later forties, the old muffin top was beginning to stick around. Time for more exercise. All this was going on when my kids were also teen-agers, that right there is the most aging. Luckily, I found online some great anti aging skin care products that work well for my skin. Living in the southwest, all my anti aging skin products have to have sun protection in them too. Hopefully, my anti aging skin care regime will pay off. The worries never stop and the sun will continue to shine hot rays on us. I am counting on reliable cosmetics makeup and anti aging skin care to make me feel and look better in the next decade.
