For as long as I can remember my mom has worn eyelash extensions. It was one of those things I remember seeing her put on in the mornings before she would take us to school, and I remember her taking them off every evening before bed. It was part of her routine and I remember asking her more than once why she did it. She said that her regular eyelashes were really short, and the eyelash extensions allowed her to have beautiful eyes. I remember thinking that she was right, because she did have beautiful eyes.
When I became old enough to wear makeup, I noticed that I had the same problems with my eyelashes as mom, but yet I was resistant to wearing eyelash extensions. Eventually, I did finally start wearing them, and in the past couple of years I started ordering my eyelash extensions online because the price and selection is much better than locally. I receive compliments on my eyes all the time, and some of my friends have even commented on how my eyelashes are always perfect. They have no idea that I wear eyelash extensions, and I think I’ll keep it that way. It will be my little secret.
